PLAYBOOK
The event will center around a Pig Roasting Competition between several teams. All parishioners, extended family, and friends are invited to attend the event, where all attendees will be able to sample various roasted pigs. A large 100′ x 40′ party tent in the center of the competition will serve as the jump-off point for families to see all the action. In addition to the party tent — Food Trucks, Bounce Houses, Music, and Kid’s Sports Activities will be available.

SHOWDOWN
The “Caja China-Style” pig roasting competition will be between 25-30 teams of four chefs each. A panel of judges will decide our winners in various categories including, Top Chef, Best Chicharron, Best Side Dish, and Best Presentation. Participants of the festival will be able to taste everything and will also have a chance to vote for the People’s Champion!
